At Financial Claims we keep things simple: We will take over your claim and it will cost 15% of the value that you assign to us (less £10 if we have to obtain details from the bank or lender of the charges that you have incurred). Once we have received cleared funds from the relevant financial institution (subject to a minimum deduction of £180) we will send you a cheque.
